You our customer have chosen this puppy and to the best of our knowledge the puppy has been in good health and still is. We have given this puppy it’s 6 week puppy shots and wormed it.

            Buyer Agrees 

To continue all inoculations and proper vet care. It’s important that the puppy has puppy shots through 16 weeks of age. Then once a year rabies vaccination. Continue to treat for worms, parasites, heartworms,mosquitoes; and fleas.

          Breeder warrants 

That the buyer is purchasing a purebred puppy. The breeder will furnish to the new owner, the puppy,s AKC. Registration papers. Upon receiving such from, the AKC and complete payment. We will give 5 days of opportunity to take this puppy to your choice of vet and if there’s anything seriously wrong, we will replace the puppy with one of equal value at the breeders convenience. Breeder guarantees puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary euthanasia until 1 year of age upon receipt of a letter from a reputable veterinarian stating that his/her opinion this condition is congenital. Breeder does not cover veterinarian expenses. Breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeders possession the puppy is now in your care. Breeder makes no guarantee as to the ability of this puppy to reproduce. Once the dog is bred any guarantee is null and void.
