You have chosen this puppy and to the best of our knowledge the puppy has been in good health and still is. We have kept this puppy up to date on vaccinations and worming.

                                                                                   Buyer Agrees

To continue all inoculations and proper veterinarian care. It’s important that the puppy continues it’s vaccinations. Continue to treat for worms, parasites, heartworms, mosquitoes  and Fleas.

                                                                                Breeder Warrants

That the buyer is purchasing a purebred puppy. The breeder will furnish to the new owner, the puppy’s Full breeding rights AKC Registration papers unless otherwise stated and upon receiving such from AKC and complete payment. We will give you 5 days of opportunity to take this puppy to your vet of choice and if there are any serious health problems you can return the puppy for a full refund or after 5 days have it replaced with a puppy of equal value at the Breeders convenience. Breeder guarantees the puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary euthanasia until one year of age upon receipt of a letter from a reputable veterinarian stating that his/her opinion this condition is congenital. Breeder does not cover veterinarian expenses. Breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving our possession the puppy is now in your care. Breeder makes no guarantee as to the ability of this puppy to reproduce. Once the dog is bred any guarantee is null and void.
